This contract is to certify that Windriver Farms will guarantee your new kitten against life threatening diseases related to the parents.
Our goal is to sell beautiful healthy kittens. All our kittens are out of good quality bloodlines and temperament. Your kitten will come to you with good health and scheduled de-worming.
Due to environmental conditions, we are not responsible for the health of your kitten beyond time of sale. It is up to the buyer to keep the kitten healthy. This includes worming, inoculations, annual checkups and a safe proper area with ample room for your kitten. This also includes protection from the elements. buyer initial_____
This guarantee does not include any injuries after the kitten leaves the farm.
If your kitten should become sick and it's in writing from your veterinarian that it is hereditary and directly related to the parents, we will be glad to exchange your kitten after my vet agrees with your vet. There will be no cash refunds. You the buyer, will receive another kitten from the next available litter.
To prevent problems, we advise you to keep your kitten at home until it is at least 6 months old. Puppies and kittens will pick up diseases very quickly so please keep up with their vaccinations.
Vaccinations: Sphynx do not do well with vaccines and may react badly. No kitten is to be vaccinated before it has been in its new home for at least 4 weeks and is totally adjusted, shows no signs of illness, or is on any medication. buyer initial_____
Only the future boosters at intervals of no less than one year are recommended. If a rabies vaccination is given, it must be when the kitten is at least 16 weeks old. There must be a two-week interval between any two vaccines, and if a vaccination is given, no other medical treatment may be given at that time. If a buyer allows a vet to give any other type of vaccination or does not adhere to this schedule, than any health guarantee for the kitten is immediately null and voided. No Breeding: This kitten will stay with me until it is 12 weeks old, after that time, you the buyer are responsible to have this kitten spayed or neutered. After the kitten has been fixed, the buyer will send the seller proof with a copy of the vet bill. The buyer has to have the kitten fixed before it is 6 months old. buyer initial_____
All our kittens and puppies will come with a health guarantee, health record, first shot, dewormed, and pre-spoiled. All our babies will be in be in good health and temperament at the time of sale.
